Tim Tuttle brings an extensive litigation experience to Schwab Gasparini, having been trained at a prestigious state-wide defense firm where he handled matters involving, amongst others, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dram shop, sports and recreation injuries, municipal and school liability, products liability, negligent security and negligent supervision, subrogation claims, and the Labor Law. He has resolved these matters through all manners of dispute resolution, including substantive motion practice, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal. He has taken numerous jury verdicts in the Hudson Valley and has argued before the Appellate Division.

He is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court and Trial Teams. He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of New York, and is a member of the New York State and Dutchess County Bar Associations.

Tim is a Hudson Valley native, having been raised in Putnam County, where he was an allstate performer and Empire State Games Gold medalist in track and cross-country for Brewster High School. He currently resides in Dutchess County with his wife and four children. While serving as an elected member of the Fishkill Town Board, Tim authored “New York State and Local Government: A Snapshot”. He is also a 2012 graduate of the Dutchess County Regional
Chamber of Commerce “Leadership Dutchess” program.
