Warren J. Roth is a Partner, practicing from our White Plains offices. Warren joined SG in 2019, bringing with him more than 30 years of public sector labor representation experience, including providing labor and employment law services to various police and corrections unions, uniformed municipal service members, and public sector employees.
Warren has set legal precedents in the appellate courts relating to workers’ compensation law, New York state retirement law, and General Municipal Law Sections 207-a and 207-c relating to the payment of salary, medical, and hospital expenses for firefighters and police officers. Warren and his team have been instrumental in representing first responders in their claims relating to the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001 at the World Trade Center.
His practices also concentrates in:
