SG Obtains Voluntary Discontinuance of High Exposure Claims
Schwab & Gasparini obtained voluntary discontinuance of high exposure claims for third-party contractual indemnity and breach of contract against our uninsured client in Labor Law case, by proving that backdated contract documents were actually prepared and executed after the underlying accident occurred and after the original lawsuit papers were served. The matter was handled by firm partner Michael Del Vecchio.
